Making a Complaint

At Sawley Infant and Nursery School we welcome your feedback and suggestions.  

 

If you are not happy about any aspect of our school, please contact us either by email, phone or in person.  Our aim is always to resolve any issue quickly, effectively and as informally as possible.  

 

The attached summary of our Complaints Procedure outlines how you can raise a complaint.

 

If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of our Special Educational Needs provision, please contact our Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (Assistant Head - Mrs B Morley) in the first instance, who will try to resolve your issue.

In accordance with DfE guidelines we publish how many formal complaints we have received during the previous academic year.      We  had no formal complaints raised in academic year 16/17.
