We will be working on the children’s counting skills and number recognition through addition and subtraction. Some of the children will be learning about place value and partitioning and looking at the pairs of numbers that make 10. We will be recapping 3D shape names and using mathematical language, such as vertex, face and edge to describe the properties of a cube, cone, cylinder, triangular prism, pyramid, cuboid and sphere.
