Making a Complaint

At Sawley Infant and Nursery School we welcome your feedback and suggestions.  

 

If you are not happy about any aspect of our school, please contact us either by email, phone or in person.  Our aim is always to resolve any issue quickly, effectively and as informally as possible.  

 

If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of our Special Educational Needs provision, please contact our Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (Assistant Head - Mrs R Morley) in the first instance, who will try to resolve your issue.  

If you wish to raise a complaint, our trust Complaints Policy & Procedure explains the process.

In accordance with DfE guidelines we publish how many formal complaints we have received during the previous academic year.      We had no formal complaints raised in academic year 18/19.
