Concerns and complaints

At Sawley Infant and Nursery School we welcome your feedback and suggestions.  We accept that not all of this will be positive.

If you are not happy about any aspect of our school, please contact us either by email, phone or in person.  Our aim is always to resolve any issue quickly, effectively, without prejudice and as informally as possible.  

 

If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of our Special Educational Needs provision, please contact our Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (Co Headteacher - Mrs R Morley) in the first instance, who will try to resolve your issue.  

If you wish to raise a complaint, our trust Complaints Policy & Procedure explains the process.
